WOW!! December already??? Fast year this year...and all in all..a good year. Yes, there are the eternal naysayers(did I spell that right??), but things ARE selling, property IS moving and from MY perspective we seem to be in a bit of a consistant plateau over the last several months (as I predicted we would be), with the bleeding far less intense. Are we healthy....Hell no! But we are coping and on the mend. Now, as I have said before, homes are selling, but homes where the Sellers..."get it" and understand where our market is and make an educated descision about placing their property io the market. Those that don't "get it"'' well those properties sit around , grow stale and actually help sell other smartly priced properties.
