Yes, yes, I know. That one was Really bad, but hey it's 4 pm on Friday, and I'm itching for a Conch Colada to start the Weekend off right.
(BTW, Conch Colada.... My own recipe and creation is 1.5 oz of Bacardi Pineapple Fusion, Pineapple Juice, and Sweet and Sour or Margarita Mix. Shake vigorously with ice and strain over fresh ice or serve up. Goes exceptionally well with a good Partagas Black Label cigar!)
OH and my lawyers wanted me to add, please drink responsibly and only drink if you are over 21.
Anyway, back to Rea Estate.
As you can see from my report below, our market has stayed pretty constant. Good news for Buyers in that the prices have not made a huge jump from last year, in general. If you consider the Sale Prices and current List Prices , you will notice that there is a very small margin.
An interesting point is that Condo sales are up considerably, and the amount for sale has doubled.
As we head into Fall we usually see a bump in activity, as many Buyers would love to enjoy their new property for the Holidays, so THIS is the time to buy, making it a great time to sell.
